Information we handle
We process the information needed to provide pages and respond when you choose to email us. Our web hosting and WordPress security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to serve pages and protect the website. We do not require you to create a Paid Survey Pot account to read our reviews.
Analytics
We use Independent Analytics and first-party aggregate analytics to understand website usage. The first-party counters record aggregate pageviews and issued affiliate redirects by date, market, approximate country and platform, without storing a raw visitor IP, user agent, visitor ID or full referrer in those aggregate tables. A redirect count does not mean a user registered or earned money. Aggregate first-party records have a configured retention period of up to 400 days. Other hosting and plugin log retention may differ.
Country selection and cookies
We may use approximate country information supplied by the hosting system to select a market. We do not request precise device location. We do not receive your survey answers from those providers just because you click a link.

We use information to operate and secure the site, answer requested messages, show the selected market and understand aggregate site traffic. Depending on the activity, relevant legal bases may include our legitimate interests in operating a safe informational website, performing a service you request and consent where legally required for optional tracking.
Retention and your rights
We keep information for no longer than reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal obligations.
